Science and Boredom
Recently, the cafeteria has tried to be more "green." First, they took away our trays (I hate having to try to balance my plate, silverware, and drink). Now, the knives are eco-friendly and "made from plants." These knives are also very amusing as they are somewhat malleable (and for your information taste like corn flour). Because my roommates and I have nothing better to do, we decided to test how these knives might react with certain beverages. We placed a knife in Diet Coke, Vault, Monster, and water. So far nothing has really happened, but it has only been a couple hours. We also attempted to light one knife on fire. Unfortunately, it didn't ignite and only charred around the edges. Next on the list of experiments is mentos and coke.

My work has also gone "green." we've replaced most of our chemicals with biodegradable ones. Now every morning I feel like I'm doing my part. Unfortunately they don't as well. Good luck on your experiments.
